I redid the file using an html editor. when i send the html email thru Clay and get the email via webmail (mail account in browser) it looks good. Therefore, it seems now to work in browsers (I tried chrome and explorer)
However, when I get the same email in Outlook it still comes out a mess.
Is there any way to influence this? This has never happened before? Does there need to be special code for it to work in outlook?

Sorry but rewriting HTML design is beyond the scope of our support. I can't tell at a glance what is causing it to break. But, again, I think it is just a matter of selecting the right HTML editor. I use notepad to write my own HTML code but that is because I am comfortable with code.
