When we output document templates, for fields which are empty in clay for a particular record, the output is blank (intuitively this is what should happen). However, for one field (happens to be fax numbers) instead of being blank, the output is "NONE ON FILE". Do you know why that is or what generates that? (We may have forgotten)

It must be coming from your field. Probably a default value you set either in field properties or automations.
