log file in ClayIntegrator

In ClayIntegrator there is an option to create a log file, what is this good for?

The log file specifies exactly what it did with EACH record that in the source table/file. I.e. you can use this file to debug why it skipped certain records or why there are fewere records imported than you expected. Obviously this takes up extra resources so only use it if necessary.
