How many extra users can I add? Does it depend on how many licenses I purchased or can I add as many as I want just to be managed in the system?

There are currently two types of users:
- Regular users that can login and use the system. You can only add as many of these users as the license allows.
- External users (users with the Role 'External'): These can't login to the system but can be added in order to track their records. For example, a salesperson who doesn't use Digital-Clay, but her sales may be tracked by a Manager who does use Clay. The amount of these users is also defined by the license, but separately, and they are obviously also priced differently.
When you purchase a license, be sure to specify how many of each type of user you need.
The only exception is if you have a developer license, you are allowed to add as many users as you want and the license will only restrict the ability to login.
A future version is planned that will also support Floating Users.
