In the list toolbar menu I have "open Item as Query (all)" option what is it?

It creates a new query with the currently listed items added as static filter values. I.e. if you save this new query that opens in the new window, the results will ALWAYS be the same since it filters based on specific items. This is useful when you need a snapshot of a list of items that will give you the same results even if the records are changed or new records are added.
