Hi,
When I update a template through the template editor it's not updated in the automation that uses this template any ideas?

An Automation Rule that makes use of a Document Template maintains its own copy of the Template for use by ClayCentral. After editing the template locally in the client, you must update the Automation Rule by opening the Automation Event Handler, opening the Action, selecting the local template from the list and clicking on Set Template.
