Adding more than one filter value

How do I add more than one value to one filter?

Linked fields and lookup fields display all the possible values in the Filter Values list from which you can select multiple values using the checkboxes. If you mean filters on text/numeric/date fields, then right-click in the Filter Values list and select 'Add Value'.
