Yes, but only ClayCentral (the server) and Clay WebStation (the web-server-side Clay client) make use of multiple CPUs. The amount of threads can be configured (see http://digital-clay.com/support/wiki/do ... ds_setting, each thread will normally make use of a different CPU according to the Operating System rules and CPU availability.
