when you create an action of set field in linked table (many items) in an automation, then after creating the action, where can I know which table is it refers to.
for example: I create an automation on the contact table. in the automation I create an action that changes the status field in the tasks that related to this contact (many tasks). now, after creating this action I can't tell which table it prefers to I only can know that it changes the status field. but, What is the table?

Re: Action Set Field in linked table - what is the table?
In the name of the action in the action list, it should display the full "link:field" name that it affects. If it only shows the field name then you may have the option "Show link in field names" switched off (Tools/Options).
If this is the case then you can either put it back on (temporarily), or you can simply use the action name property and type in a more descriptive name for yourself for next time...
