Data injection keep failing

Hi,
I'm using XML file injection. It worked for some time, then it keeps failing (after quite a big amount of files).
What I get (in the Failed directory) is the following error, along with my XML:

Error in field value or unexpected error - Syntax error in FROM clause.

Need more detail:
-Do all of them fail after a while or only some?
-Are you always mapping the exact same tables/fields in every injection?
-Check the ones that failed and see if there are any specific differences/patterns that make them fail.
