errors on opening attachment files bigger than 1 MB

When some one is trying to open attachment files bigger the 1 MB most of the time it's an issue.
Some times they are able to open it, some times not, the transfer it's starting, and after few seconds it's stuck (see the screenshot file).
When I check the log file (ClayStudio log) a get this:

Unable to reproduce even with the record you specified. Please start narrowing this down and collecting clues: Does it happen only on one machine? Does it happen only during peak times or all day? Is it only with a certain type of attachment?
