Re: document templat
Not sure what captions you mean exactly. If you mean the column headings then these are field names and you rename them via Field Properties. If you mean some other caption that appears before the table then just use an HTML editor.

Hi,
I mean the field names,
And I want the names in the document to be difrent then the field name,
becouse if I use fields from other tables it's come to me like that "city:name " and I want to have just "city".
how I do that?
thanks,
Malky.

Re: document templat
A few things that should be relevant:
- You can turn off the link group name in Tools/Options "Show link in field names"
- Instead of using city:name, you should use table:city, where table is your current table and not your linked table
- You can change field names per ROLE using Field Properties
- In document templates, you can use javascript to change anything you want if you are comfortable with programming
Otherwise, you can't set the column names specifically in lists. Although in 9.0 we are planning to allow this for analysis tables.
