problems with loin to caly

we are tringto login clay and we having problems

first we ger an message box that said:
"The ClayCenter that you are onnection to has been upgraded. in order you nust update some of your client application. run automation update?"

when we click "yes" we get that error message:
"The Web Update is not running. Re-install the program or make sure the Web Update Service is not disable."

what all that meen?
what sould we do?

ClayCentral just upgraded itself. You have to do exactly what it says in the error message: First check in the Windows Services Control Panel that the "Web Update Wizard Service V4" is there and in a running state. If it isn't there then reinstall.
