Synchronization of Clay Integrator
Synchronization of Clay Integrator
I have inactive items that I don't want to import. How do I make the Integrator to know not to import these Items?

Re: Synchronization of Clay Integrator
By 'Inactive items' you mean items that are already in Clay that are inactive? You mean you want to skip these items?
If that's the case, then make sure you have them in your offline database and use the Duplicate options in ClayIntegrator to make sure it skips these items.
To ensure that inactive items are in your offline database, you can manually synchronize that table (right-click on the ClayIntegrator icon in the System Tray and select Synchronize, then sync that table e.g. from 1/1/1990). When you synchronize manually, it synchronizes ALL items instead of only active ones. It's only the first-time synchronization that skips inactive items.
A future version may address this by allowing an administrator to configure what gets synchronized first time per table.
