What is the local IP setting used for in clay central settings?

In the folllowing scenarios:
- The ClayCentral machine owns several IP addresses (for several network interfaces) and you want to bind ClayCentral to a specific IP.
- You are using Windows Clusters and want to bind ClayCentral to a cluster IP rather than the default machine IP.
