If you are using SQL Server as your backend, then yes. Simply set the SQL Server 'Database Server' setting in the ClayCentral Database settings.
If you are using an MDB file as your database then the only option is to put the mdb file on a shared network drive but this isn't recommended for performance and security reasons.
