I presume you aren't referring to the actual VPN connection - that is a network administration issue.
In Digital-Clay, the relevant settings that may help are:
- The request timeout settings. In the Login dialog, click on Configure and change the Long/Short Timeout settings.
- The session expiry time (http://digital-clay.com/support/wiki/do ... me_setting).
