User Sessions

How can I manage sessions for the users who login to Digital Clay?

Sometime, I required to display data that is pertaining to the user who login to Digital clay. I believe this is possible by maintaining the sessions. Also, please let me know if there is any alternative approach.

Please define exactly what you mean by "manage sessions" and "maintaining the sessions". What functionality are you looking for?

User session means, based on login of an user, that particular user specific activities are to be performed.
For example, we have a Projects table that stores projects information including project Lead name. Each project have tasks associated with it.
When a project Lead logins to the Clay-station, i would like to display only the tasks that are specific to the that project Lead(means the tasks of project for which he/she is a Lead).

How can we know who are all the users logged into the system(Digital-clay), an how can we identify activities of any given user?

As far as I can see from your reply, these are two separate questions:

1. "How can we know who are all the users logged into the system(Digital-clay)"
You can only do this via ClayStudio using the administration tools (Connections & Login History)

2. "how can we identify activities of any given user?"
Simply create a list of Tasks filtered by a specific user (and make this a dynamic filter) or by "<Current User>" (if the user himself needs to see his own Tasks). Add this to the toolbar, or to a custom tab in the Project Layout (and filter it by Project).

If there is a connection between these requests, please explain further.
