We have a template action that outputs an entity's record in a certain format (like name, title, company, address, description, etc.) in Microsoft Word.
We want to add an entity logo to this record output. After adding it to the input areas and incorporating it into a template, the resulting output with the logo appears ok but comes in an HTML editor and NOT in Microsoft Word.
Is there a way to ensure that the output will always appear in MS Word and not in some other program or browser?

Re: Template Action
In the Print/Save Document window (or in the Template Action configuration), select 'Word' as the output format.
I am not sure what the logo has to do with the above though, so perhaps I did not understand the scenario.

Re: Template Action
Figured it out.
After creating a custom field that is a picture, how can we go back and define what size the picture should appear in (a) the tab where it is inputted and (b) the word document output. Do these have to be the same? Do they need to be uniform for all pictures? Can it be uniform?

Re: Template Action
a) This is only possible in the upcoming 9.1 version.
b) In the Document Template Builder, select the picture field and click on Properties to set the output size
Regarding uniformity: No, pictures can be any size and the attachment for the picture field stays in the original non-uniform size, but they are auto-resized uniformly for the tab and document template.

Re: Template Action
I remember that to "implement" a layout or toolbar change among the users, in profile management their profiles can be set and locked with the changed features.
However, for implementing a template action change, besides making sure that the user's claystation takes its templates from the shared network folder holding the templates, what else needs to be done to enable it? In the admnistrator, the new template needed to be "generated" but it does not make sense that for each user it would need to be generated.
Please remind me what step(s) is missing.

Re: Template Action
If you are all sharing templates on a shared network folder, then no step is missing. What's the problem?
(By the way, with template actions you don't even need that since it downloads the templates automatically. In addition, you can use profile management to push templates. But if you are all using the same folder, then that's a viable alternative as well).

Re: Template Action
You are right. No problem. For some reason there was an extra template file in the shared network folder. thanks.
