Yesterday, we received the message to perform automatic update of Clay.
The update for ClayStudio worked properly and ClayStudio is working properly.
ClayStation's update worked properly on all the computers that have performed it so far; however, on some, when we try to sign on, Clay just disappears. There seems to be some kind of run-time error (a box pops up and disappears so quickly that we cannot determine what is written there but at the top it seems to say run-time error).
This is obviously problematic.
Cannot determine what is unique about these 2 computers (so far) that would cause this issue. Ideas? Suggestions?

Re: Bizarre Disappearance
Not sure. Perhaps the auto-update was interrupted before it updated all components (there were two stages). On the machines with a problem, try downloading the normal installation and re-installing.
Re: Bizarre Disappearance
Indeed, we downloaded the normal installation a second time and now the computers seem to work. Glad that was an easy solution. Thanks!
