Featurs problem in clay station

its Yonatan from ramat-hadassah Village school
lately we got some problems in Clay in 2 of our pc's in the village
both of them are the only 1 in the village with this problem
i send you an Example attachments of Print screen
how its should be & how its working in a bad PC situation
last time i talk with Tali Rejwan she say the user suppose to be defin in windows
as local administrator so i did it & set is up
but it still didn't work well

You mean the correct homepage isn't being sent to these users? First of all, I noticed that you are using ClayStudio which is a developer tool. End-users normally use ClayStation. This isn't really important, but it does mean that you are using the ClayStudio homepage and not the ClayStation homepage.

In other words, there are two homepages. When you alter a homepage for a user/profile, you can specify to save it as the ClayStation/ClayStudio homepage using the Dashboard Save icon/menu.

So I suggest opening the dashboard/homepage in the editor, saving it as BOTH ClayStudio and ClayStation, and then sending the profile to the users again using Profile Management. Alternatively, if you aren't using Profile Management, then each user can do this for himself by opening the ClayStation homepage and clicking on Save/'Save as ClayStudio homepage'

think i got confused i open the dashboard/homepage try to found the editor to save it
but didn't know where is it

can you please send me a print screen of the exact [ dashboard/homepage Editor place ]

In the homepage dashboard all the way to your top-left there should be a save icon, and an edit icon (a pencil). If not, then this profile has been locked by someone using Profile Management. If the profile is locked then login as someone that isn't locked, save the homepage as ClayStudio/Claystation, and then send the new homepages to the locked user via Profile Management.

how are you ?

after i save it like you said in the dashboard as claystation/claystudio (and it did sort it out, but only half of problem...)
check it out at this print screen i called - "save it"
so this is the situation now i can see the page ok but with no students list

check out the 2 print screen i called - "list of students"
u can see that at the right Bottom of the page ---> the list of all the students that was when it was working ok, before the problem started...

thought we sort out only half of it...

I'm sorry but my instructions were meant for version 8.7.35 or higher. It now looks like you have a version that is even older than that which is why you cannot see the functions I described, so I cannot help. 8.7.x has been retired, and older versions than 8.7.35 are not supported at all. You can upgrade to 8.7.35 from the downloads page (http://digital-clay.com/application-links.php) and then you will see a different save menu in the homepages.

Or, like I said, just load a user profile that does work and send it to other users using Profile Management.

only from 9.0.x
