Clay Service will not start

After our server restarted, the clay central service did not start on its own.

When we tried to start it manually within Services, it tries to start and then a message appears saying that it started and stopped.

What is the problem? Why can't it remain started?

Thanks for the rapid response.

Started with your suggestion to try running ClayCentral.exe manually (i.e. run the program once from Program Files\Digital-Clay\Central\, not by using Windows Services). After running the exe and starting the service within Windows Services, it started and is working.

We will try the latest version soon.

Don't forget to stop the ClayCentral.exe process after you ran it manually and then run it again properly from the Services otherwise central will exit when you log off windows.
