For adding attachments, we locate the desired file and follow the steps for creating an attachment for the record.
Upon finishing and closing the "Attachment" window, we click on save (disk icon) for the record. The system then tries to upload the desired file but does not succeed. Instead it is left hanging......Please see attached screen shot.
Any suggestions?

Re: Attachments
Attachments work fine for me.
Let's start with the version - what version are you using? You should update first if you haven't in a while.

Re: Attachments
We are using version 9.0.0a244.
Is there a newer one?
When I try to reach http://www.digital-clay.com/resources/alpha/, it seems to be unavailable.

Re: Attachments
There have been about 25 alpha versions since that one. If you upgrade though, you will need a new license. Please contact your Clay representative about this.
Re: Attachments
We have upgraded and the attachments are working correctly.
Interestingly, now when we open a contact in the Contacts table, the window interface (not maximized) shows the bottom of the form and not the top as it used to. Any ideas for how to return to how it used to appear?

Re: Attachments
I think I figured out why this may be happening. There will be a fix/release in a few days.
Re: Attachments
Great.
In addition, another problem has surfaced. When we have a list of records and right-click and choose Edit List, the kind of html errors that we once had a long time ago have returned...please see attached example.

Re: Attachments
We fixed a similar bug recently but it wasn't new so I'm not sure why you should be getting new errors now.
To track this down, I need the html file in the error message. I.e.
1. Open a form that pops up the error
2. Go to the folder shown in the URL in the error msg (e.g. c:\documents and settings...etc... Clayxxxxxxx.html)
3. Attach this html file to this forum topic so I can look at it please.

Re: Attachments
There are 2 html files that come up in the error messages now.
1 is attached (C:/Documents and Settings/Michael/Local Settings/Temp/Clay/Clay795955240.html). When I try to attach the other (C:/DigitalClay/Addons/entity.html), I get the following message: "The upload was rejected because the uploaded file was identified as a possible attack vector."
Please advise. Thanks.

Re: Attachments
The error messages come up also after clicking on a button which creates a new record.
Here is the html that appears in the initial error message.
