Outlook Task/Appointment Categories are not imported or synchronized with Digital-Clay.

Currently, this is by design. Default Task Categories on most Outlook installations are personal categories and are not applicable in a typical Digital-Clay system. Automatically adding all such default categories into a Digital-Clay system would fill the database with unwanted data. Also, most typical users do not have permissions to add categories to Digital-Clay and this is usually handled by managers or administrators.
