This issue been partially fixed in version 9.0.15. As of 9.0.15, Digital-Clay desktop clients support custom Windows DPI settings up to 150%. If the setting is set to higher than 150%, the application will show an error message and exit.
If you are using old versions prior to 9.0.15, see below:
Symptoms: Some or all elements of the interface like drop-downs, the position of components, etc. are wrong, appear too big/small and in the wrong location.
Cause: Digital-Clay supports standard Windows DPI settings only (96DPI and 120DPI). When the Windows DPI setting is set to custom, the GUI components are positioned incorrectly.
Solution: Change the Windows DPI to either 96 or 120 via the Display Control Panel (Settings/Advanced).
