Symptom: When opening Microsoft Word (not Outlook e-mails edited in Word), the Digital-Clay toolbar appears. In addition, the buttons don't do anything.

Explanation: ClayStation for Outlook provides a feature for e-mail integration that adds a toolbar to e-mail windows even when the e-mail editor is Word. The toolbar is temporary but while Outlook is running, the toolbar appears in the list of Word toolbars. Adding/removing this toolbar may affect other Word windows while Outlook is running.

Possible Solutions:

• Remove the toolbar from Word by right-clicking on the toolbars and unchecking 'ClayMail'
• Restart Outlook and all Word windows - the temporary toolbar should disappear
