Special Notes:
If the Outlook Task/Appointment Contacts are entered as free text, ClayStation will use the first Outlook Contact it finds that matches the name.
If the Contact does not exist in Outlook, or it exists but is not stored in the Contact folder configured for ClayStation, ClayStation will not synchronize or add this Task Contact.
If the Contact exists in Outlook but not in Digital-Clay, ClayStation will ask the user whether to import it
Other Digital-Clay fields may be inserted into the Outlook Body field if necessary. See
Item Synchronization for details.
