Desktop vs. Web Clients

This article attempts to present a definitive discussion regarding typical Desktop (installed) client applications and web-based (browser) clients, with a focus on relevant Digital-Clay features in both areas. Web-based applications are being touted as an improvement in many ways, as an exciting and better technology, and sometimes even as a replacement for most desktop applications.
