After installing Clay (currently running 9.0.33) on a new laptop (ASUS, Windows 10 Home, Microsoft Office 2013), the system is functional with the following seemingly strange exceptions. Perhaps you have suggestions as to how to alleviate these issues:

1) The main html tab does not appear (see related image). The html file is in the addon folder just like on all of the other computers. When I open the html file by itself in a browser, it opens and appear properly.
2) A document template does not run properly with the output requested in Word and instead an error message appears as show in the related attached image. The appropriate template appears in the template folder which is properly referenced in the tools/options. When we run the template via print/save document and have it generated on screen in html instead of Word, it appears ok.

1. I confirm a problem with URL tabs in Windows 10. This will be fixed in the next version.

2. Word output should work. We tested even with Office 2016 64bit and Clay created Word documents just fine. So it must be something about your local installation of Word. Make sure it runs OK for the current user and that there are no requests to initiate Word or popups to activate Word. If it looks OK, then try reinstalling Word. Was the Word issue resolved?

So far no change but trying different options...

Since the new version of Clay was installed, everything functions properly on that computer!
