How to submit bug reports

Use the Bug Report Form if you wish to track the status of your bug reports.
Quick Rules:
- Always try to reproduce the problem first to ensure that you know exactly what steps cause the bug to occur.
- Always include the exact version number (Help/About) as well as which client you are using (web, claystudio, outlook).
- Always explain the problem in as much detail as possible, including which exact feature you are using, and what exact steps you took to cause the problem. Remember that every Digital-Clay implementation is very different and a slight variation in the combination of details may cause different behaviour.
- If relevant, state whether the problem is related to a specific user role. I.e. test whether it happens with the administrator user.
- Include as many clues as possible even if you aren't sure whether they are relevant.
