All Notes fields in data forms by default only display a few lines of text a time. To display these fields in a larger and resizable window, press F11 while inside the field. F11 pressed a second time also maximizes the window.

In this Notes window, the notes may also be printed or saved.

Can F11 be used to expand the notes field in an html form as well? My attempts have failed. If not, perhaps in the future?

The F11 feature is for Digital-Clay forms and tabs only.

An HTML form is custom code. In other words, you can do anything you want with it including a feature similar to the F11 behaviour, but it must be programmed specifically for that HTML form.
