Hey,
I'm trying to delete default tables and feilds. I have tried every kind of user (admin, super user, etc.). can I?

Built-in tables and fields cannot be deleted and they will always be visible to developers. One of the reasons they can't be deleted is that several of these tables and fields are used for integration with MS Outlook. But they can be removed so that they aren't visible to users:
-Tables & links: In the list of tables in the browser, in any list of filters, and in the list of indicators/dimensions in analysis, click on "customize this list".
-Fields in lists: For columns in queries, click on the Columns button on the right, remove the built-in fields, and select "Save as default" before clicking OK.
-Fields in forms: In Custom Layouts, add your own custom tab for built-in tables, and display only the fields they need.
-Toolbar: Just click on Options/Customize and uncheck the toolbar items you don't need.
Then just use Profile Management to send these settings to all users.
