On the same computer that had the issue earlier, we are now again unable to output the proper document template via generate document and print/save.
When we initiate the generate document or print/save, it appears that it outputs a file but that the user does not have access to it.
The resulting message is attached.
Have confirmed that the Clay user is using the correct network drive for the template folder. The user still appears to have proper permissions for the template folder.

Re: Document Anomaly
I tried a few things but can't figure out what the problem is. You need to try a few variations to rule out several possibilities:
- Try configuring a different Template folder to see if it's a folder issue.
- Try outputting to a different format (HTML/Word)
- Try a different template - perhaps there is something referenced with restricted access in the template you are using.
- Are you using the Automation button to auto-attach the file? If so, try unchecking this to see if it's the cause.

Re: Document Anomaly
Indeed, seems to work ok today. Perhaps it was a temporary anomaly.
