Is it possible to filter based on sub-string in a field.

Case in point, we have a member-id field, and we want all members that have the last digit in their member number smaller than 5 (4,3,2,1,0). This is used to randomly split the member list into two groups, but ones that we can identify later ...

Re: Creating unique items using the database

So how do I create a combination of both answers you gave?

If I create a new record, I need to - after completing the inner set fields inside the Create Item - first run an automation to create the unique field from a combination of more than one of the new fields, and have all that done inside an ...

If so, what happens when an automation tries to Create Item into the table which will violate that - will if fail gracefully and continue to the next action, or cause an error and stop the automation from ...

Re: Count function on Many to Many field

I create a new automation. I select the Filter as my many to many field, and limit its value from 0 to 0. Then I add an action to Set Field of my text field to 'Any Item' (I have two other automations - one that checks this field for values 1 to 1 and then Set Field to the name of the item selected ...

If Count does not return 0 for an ...

Calculate previous Date from days or weeks range

I have a form that has two fields - one is a number value and the other a list with 'days' 'weeks' 'months'.

The user enters a number and I have to calculate a previous date based on that input.

eg: the user enter 10 days, so I have to calculate the date of 10 days before the current date. The ...
